Product enablement for B2B SaaS

Your product is growing. Make sure your people can keep up.

We help scaling B2B SaaS companies build product enablement that lasts, for the consultants who implement your product, the partners who deliver it and the customers who use it every day.

Founded by an enablement leader who built the function from zero at two global SaaS companies · EMEA, North America and APAC

Sound familiar?

When “shadow a colleague” stops working

Every SaaS company reaches a point where the product and customer base grow faster than the people who deliver and support them. Informal onboarding that worked for a team of ten starts to crack.

The fix isn’t more training sessions. It’s an enablement capability built into how your teams work.

  • Slow ramp-up. New implementation, support and engineering consultants take months to become productive.
  • Inconsistent delivery. Quality depends on who runs the project, so you see rework, escalations and late go-lives.
  • Partners you can’t fully trust yet. You want to scale through partners, but you have no way to certify their quality.
  • Customers who don’t adopt. Admins and super users lack confidence, so support tickets climb and renewals feel at risk.
  • Knowledge trapped in a few heads. Your best people answer the same questions every week, and training material is out of date the moment the product changes.

How we help

Enablement for everyone who delivers, supports and uses your product

We design the programme, build the content and deliver it, so you get one joined-up approach, not three suppliers to manage.

Build your enablement function

No enablement team yet, or one person doing it off the side of their desk? We’ll set up the foundations: a roadmap, a content lifecycle, KPIs and clear ownership between Product, Customer Success and Enablement. Then we hand it over so it keeps running.

Consultant onboarding and certification

Structured learning journeys and certification paths for implementation, support and engineering consultants. New hires become productive faster, and delivery quality stops depending on who is on the project.

Partner enablement

Certification programmes that let your implementation partners deliver to your standard. You can grow through partners without risking your reputation.

Customer and product training

Training for your customers’ administrators, super users and end users: e-learning modules, interactive product demos, a searchable knowledge base and live sessions. Better adoption, fewer support tickets.

The approach

Built to last, not just to launch

01

Diagnose

We talk to your leaders, consultants, partners and customers to find where knowledge breaks down and what it costs you.

02

Design

A clear plan: who needs to learn what, in what order, and how you’ll know it’s working.

03

Build and deliver

We create the content (modules, demos, guides, certification paths) and run the live sessions.

04

Embed and hand over

We put the processes, ownership and metrics in place so the capability keeps running after we step back.

Every engagement starts with two or three agreed measures, such as time to a consultant’s first solo implementation, certification pass rates or support ticket volumes, so we can both see the impact.

Is this you?

Built for scaling SaaS companies

Companies

B2B SaaS and software companies of roughly 50 to 500 people, with implementation teams, a growing customer base and often a partner network. You’ve outgrown informal onboarding but don’t yet have a dedicated enablement team.

People we train

  • Implementation, support and engineering consultants
  • Partner consultants and delivery teams
  • Customer administrators, super users and end users

People we work for

COOs and heads of Professional Services, Customer Success and Support, the leaders who feel the cost when knowledge doesn’t scale.

About us

Enablement built by people who’ve done the job

WildFig Enablement helps B2B SaaS companies turn product knowledge into a capability that scales. We combine enablement strategy, hands-on content creation and live delivery, so your consultants, partners and customers learn the right things in the right order, and keep learning as your product changes.

Our founder

Andrew Miller founded WildFig after more than 13 years building enablement in B2B SaaS. He has twice been the first enablement hire and built the function from nothing: at IsoMetrix in 2019 and at Co-Flo in 2023. Both times it grew into a global capability serving internal teams, partners and customers across EMEA, North America and APAC.

As a practice lead, Andrew managed 26 implementation consultants and more than 70 partner staff, so he knows the job your consultants do. He has personally written more than 70 training modules and produced over 100 product demo videos, with programmes rated 8.6 out of 10 by learners. His technical background, including SAP Basis and Cisco networking, means engineering teams take the training seriously.

Why WildFig?

WildFig was the name of Andrew’s father’s training company, where Andrew started his career as Training Manager. The name carries that work forward.

It also fits what we do. In South Africa, wild figs often take root in a crack in a rock and, over time, split it open as they grow. Good enablement works the same way: it takes root in how your teams work and keeps growing long after the project ends.

What colleagues say

Proven in global SaaS teams

“He doesn’t simply deliver enablement programs. Andrew ensures the underlying systems, infrastructure, and processes that support those programs are purpose-built and seamlessly integrated into the organization’s operating model.”

JJ Prinsloo
Former Executive of Technical Solutions

“His core capabilities lie in building enablement programmes, both internally and externally, and subsequently driving enablement of internal and external stakeholders against them.”

Duncan Wernberg
Global SaaS Professional Services Leader

“You always leave an interaction with Andrew, whether live or over email, with more clarity than you had going in.”

Dmitar Ristovic
Information Security, Risk and GRC, Co-Flo
